Normal Blood Pressure:- Systolic blood pressure (SBP): Less than 120 mm Hg
- Diastolic blood pressure (DBP): Less than 80 mm Hg
Elevated Blood Pressure:
- SBP: 120-129 mm Hg
- DBP: Less than 80 mm Hg
Hypertension (High Blood Pressure):
- SBP: 130 mm Hg or higher
- Stage 1: 130-139 mm Hg
- Stage 2: 140 mm Hg or higher
- DBP: 80 mm Hg or higher
- Stage 1: 80-89 mm Hg
- Stage 2: 90 mm Hg or higher
Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension):
- SBP: Less than 90 mm Hg
- DBP: Less than 60 mm Hg
