How to Treat Sinus Cyst and Headaches
Take a pain medication like aspirin or ibuprofen for initial sinus headaches.
Make a doctor's appointment if your sinus symptoms are unbearable or take a turn for the worse. Make follow-up appointments for sinus X-rays if indicated by your physician.
Fill prescriptions for antibiotics immediately. Take as prescribed, and return to your doctor if your symptoms do not improve or get worse.
Follow up with your doctor regarding your symptoms and any X-rays you have completed. Arrange for surgery to remove any cysts if indicated by your doctor.
Follow your doctor's instructions for recovering from outpatient sinus surgery.
