Secure Your Rimless Glasses: A Simple Guide to Tightening Nuts
Rimless eyeglasses were designed to reduce the weight of glasses caused by bulky frames. Rimless eyeglasses also offer a less-obstructed view than glasses with rims. Nuts hold the nose bridge and the ear pieces to the lenses of the glasses. If they get loose, the lenses can separate from the bridge and ear pieces. Tighten the nuts of your rimless eyeglasses whenever the ear pieces feel loose.Things You'll Need
- Rimless wrench hex nut drive
- Rimless wrench hex nut socket set
- Magnifying glass (optional)
Instructions
Hold the swivel head of the rimless wrench hex nut drive in the palm of your right hand.
Put the appropriately sized socket tip onto the nut driver tool.
Place the socket over one of the nuts on the rimless eyeglasses and gently twist the rimless wrench with your fingertips until the nut is tight. Repeat this process until all nuts are tightened.
