Whole Milk vs. Powdered Milk for 2-Year-Olds: Expert Advice
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends that children should drink whole milk until the age of 2 then, transition to skim or 1% milk. Whole milk provides the necessary fat and calories that growing toddlers need.
