Stomach Flu Contagiousness: How Long Are You заразный?
Typically, a person is contagious with the stomach flu (gastroenteritis) from 2 to 3 days before symptoms start until 3 days after symptoms go away. However, some people may be contagious for a longer or shorter period of time.
The stomach flu is spread through contact with an infected person or contaminated surfaces or objects. It can also be spread through food or water that has been contaminated with the virus.
