How to Clear Mucus Congestion

Instructions
Drink lots of fluids such as juice, water and tea. Eat honey, or add it to the tea.
Gargle saltwater to attempt to dislodge any stubborn mucus.
Inhale steam from a pot of water that has eucalyptus oil in it to loosen the mucus.
Visit your pharmacist and have her recommend a medicine.
Eat spicy food to get the mucus running out of your nose.
Buy a nasal spray and squirt it into your nostrils.
