Lisinopril is available in 20mg tablets. Side effects do not appear to be dose-dependent.
Interactions

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents (NSAIDs), including ibuprofen and aspirin, may decrease the effectiveness of lisinopril. Using lisinopril with a diuretic may result in hypotension due to increased excretion rates of sodium. Increasing salt intake or ceasing use of the diuretic are potential options to counteract this side effect.

Lisinopril may cause side effects with individuals that have impaired renal functioning or heart structure abnormalities. In severe cases, renal failure or heart failure may occur.

Common side effects of lisinopril include dizziness, headache, cough, fatigue, increased risk of respiratory infection, muscle cramps, hypoventilation, impotence and development of a rash.

Lisinopril should not be prescribed during pregnancy, since it may lead to birth defects and fetal death caused by renal failure or hypotension.
