How to Find Your Pulse: Location and Pulse Rate
There is no artery in the wrist to take a pulse. The pulse is usually taken on the radial artery, which runs along the thumb side of the wrist. To do this, place two of your fingers (index and middle finger) on the radial artery, below your thumb.
