Understanding Eating Disorders: EDNOS & Co-occurrence of Anorexia & Bulimia

The term for someone who experiences both anorexia and bulimia is "eating disorder not otherwise specified" (EDNOS). EDNOS is a diagnosis that is used when someone does not meet the full criteria for either anorexia or bulimia, but still has significant eating-related problems that cause distress and impairment in their life.
