What blood group is used for a 0 group?
A person with blood group 0 can only receive blood from another person with blood group 0. This is because the 0 blood group does not have any A or B antigens on the surface of its red blood cells, so it cannot accept blood from someone with A or B antigens. Similarly, a person with blood group 0 does not have anti-A or anti-B antibodies in their plasma, so they can safely receive blood from someone with A or B antigens.Blood Disorders - Related Articles
