Spine-Worx: A Chiropractor-Designed Solution for Back Pain & Alignment
The Spine-Worx was designed by a chiropractor to help ease back pain and correct back alignment. Shaped in the form of the human spine, it targets pain in the mid and lower areas of the back. It has two padded bars that sit up from a base. People start out by using it once a day, working up to twice a day unless it causes severe discomfort.Things You'll Need
- Spine-Worx Pillow
Instructions
Place the Spine-Worx upright on the floor. Place a pillow on the side where the rails are lower for your head to rest on. Sit with your back toward the Spine-Worx where the rails are higher.
Lay back slowly. Use your arms to brace yourself as you lay your back onto the Spine-Worx.
Center your vertebrae in between the two bars. Rest your head on the pillow.
Lay perfectly straight or adjust as needed. If you feel uncomfortable or still have some pain in the back, then adjust your legs or arms.
Stay in the comfortable position on the Spine-Worx. Initially, use the Spine-Worx for up to five minutes. Eventually, you can increase the time to 15 minutes twice a day.
