The airborne pollen from the mulberry tree can cause allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis and asthma.
Allergic reactions

Symptoms include nasal congestion, runny nose, coughing, sneezing, sinus pressure, itchiness of the mouth and throat, swelling under the eyes, and fatigue.
Treatments

Over-the-counter antihistamines and decongestants can be effective. Immunotherapy also can be beneficial. A more invasive procedure involves having extracts from the pollen injected once a week to build up your body's immunity.
