- Pressure washer or hose
- Disinfectant
- Mop
- Bleach
Instructions
Pressure wash the inside of the tank using a hose with enough pressure to strip off grime or dip a mop in disinfectant and swab the inside of the tank.
Dump out the dirty water that collects from your pressure washing.
Rinse the inside of the tank with water clean enough to drink. Dump out when finished and rinse again.
Fill the portable tank with water. Mix in five millimeters of bleach for every liter of water inside the tank. Let it soak.
Dump out the tank again and rinse with water. Allow the tank to dry.
