Corn Allergy vs. Gluten Allergy: Understanding the Differences
Corn allergy and gluten allergy are two different allergic reactions to different proteins.

Treatment: The best treatment for a corn or gluten allergy is to avoid the foods that trigger the allergy. In some cases, medication may be needed to treat the symptoms of an allergic reaction.
