Donate to Leukemia Charities: Find & Support Leading Organizations
Fighting leukemia, a type of cancer that originates in the bone marrow and blood, is the mission of numerous charities. A little research is all it takes to find the one that's right for you.
Instructions
Type "leukemia charities" into an online search engine. This will return results such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the National Leukemia Foundations and Charities list.
Research organizations through their official websites, or compare them on sites such as The Better Business Bureau or Charity Navigator. If you would prefer not to conduct your research online, you can request more information from an organization by contacting them by phone or mail.
Make your desired donation in the "Donate" section of the organization's website, by phone or by mailing a check or money order.
Keep an accurate record of the details of your donation for tax purposes. Print out the confirmation page of your online donation or request a receipt from the organization.
