Understanding Sick Beds: Features, Uses, and Types
A sick bed is a bed in which a person is confined while ill or injured. It is typically located in a hospital, nursing home, or other medical facility, but may also be found in a private home. Sick beds are usually designed to be comfortable and supportive for the patient, and may include features such as adjustable height and tilt, movable headboards and footboards, and side rails. Some sick beds also include built-in medical equipment, such as oxygen tanks, suction pumps, and IV poles.Bed Bug Bites - Related Articles
