How to Cleanse With Sea Water
Cleanse with sea water to remove toxins from the colon and clear the digestive tract. A seawater flush loosens hard, built-up fecal matter so it can finally be eliminated from the system. People use seawater cleanses to clean parasites from the body and as a laxative. It can be done, by an adult, once a week to regulate digestion and purify the entire body. Sea salt also provides beneficial minerals that are not always present in the diet.Things You'll Need
- Pure sea salt
- Water
- Lemon or lime (optional)
Instructions
Sea Water Cleanse
Boil one liter of water. Allow it to cool just enough that you are able to drink it.
Stir 2 tsp. of natural, unrefined sea salt into the water. Do not use iodized table salt as it is heavily processed and excess iodine can be harmful.
Squeeze some lemon or lime into the concoction if the taste is unbearable. You must drink the entire liter of salt water, preferably as soon as you wake up in the morning on an empty stomach. It may take an hour or two to finish it.
Be prepared to use the bathroom frequently throughout the day. Because you are cleansing your colon, avoid heavy, processed junk food. If you use the cleanse regularly you will begin to notice clearer skin, less body odor, regular bowel movements, and more energy.
