Raw Honey for Cough Relief: Benefits & How to Use
Honey's amazing medicinal properties have been in use for some 2,500 years. - Teaspoon
- Jar of raw, unprocessed honey
Instructions
Measure and pour 1 tsp. of honey. You can pour the honey onto another spoon if you want, but keep in mind that honey is very thick and sticky.
Swallow the teaspoon of honey.
Complete this process twice daily until cough or other cold symptoms disappear.
