Safe & Effective Colon Hydrotherapy Equipment: A Comprehensive Guide
When you consume fatty, processed foods, a buildup of toxins may occur. This buildup can cause multiple symptoms, including fatigue, constipation, headaches, bad breath, difficulty sleeping, frequent bloating, respiratory problems, depression or irritability, and joint pain. Toxins can be removed through colon cleansing. Colon cleansing is a detoxification method designed to flush harmful bacteria from your system. Colon cleansing can be done in multiple ways, but one way is by the use of colonics or colon hydrotherapy.Things You'll Need
- Disposable speculum
- 1/2-inch diameter plastic tubing
- Water
Instructions
Connect plastic tubing to a disposable speculum, and insert the speculum into the anus. You can perform this procedure in the bathroom or in an area covered in disposable plastic, as it can become messy.
Allow water to slowly flow into the colon through the plastic tubing.
Massage the stomach area as the colon muscles contract.
Allow the feces to be pushed into the hose, and dispose of it.
The process will typically take from 45 minutes to an hour. Repeat this process for three sessions over a seven- to 10-day span.
