Vitamin B12 and Eczema: Can B12 Help?
Eczema is a skin disease that, in younger sufferers, occurs more frequently in females. The disease mainly occurs due to genetic implications, although at times it may develop from contact with allergens in the environment. When eczema occurs in combination with asthma or other allergic reactions, the condition is called "atopic dermatitis." Eczema manifests itself with reddish, swollen skin areas that itch and burn. Unattended lesions may give way to blisters on unusually thickened skin. Vitamin B12 plays a promising role when comes to treating skin disorders, and specifically eczema. Many of the home remedies recommended for the treatment of eczema have vitamin B12 as an active ingredient.Things You'll Need
