- Towel large enough to cover your head and the pot
Instructions
Add the dried herbs to a pot of water.
Boil the water until it is boiling vigorously. The idea is to create steam.
Place the pot on a heatproof surface and cover both your head and the pot with the towel.
Inhale the steam for 10 to 20 minutes, until the steam dissipates.
