Instructions
The Steps
Start the water in your bathtub, and add the Epsom salts and baking powder as it fills. When full, add a few drops of lavender oil for a relaxing scent.
Relax for as long as you wish. Release the shower plug when you're finished, and let the tub drain.
Rinse under hot water in the shower for a few minutes.
Increase the water's temperature as much as you can without being uncomfortable. Rinse until you feel warm.
Quickly turn the heat of the shower to cold for 20 seconds.
Repeat switching between hot and cold water temperatures five more times.
Step out of the shower to dry. Massage your skin with a body brush to remove dead skin.
