Trachea to Lungs: Understanding the Bronchial Pathway
The trachea, also known as the windpipe, connects to the lungs through two tubes called the bronchi. Each bronchus leads to one of the lungs. Once inside the lungs, the bronchi divide further into smaller tubes called bronchioles.
