DIY Lavender & Peppermint Foot Soak: Relax & Refresh
If you spend a lot of time on your feet, or if you have an old foot injury that needs to be pampered, consider a scented foot soak. Foot baths give you a chance to pause and relax after a long day, and the addition of essential oils produces a wonderfully calming scent. Lavender helps you relax, while peppermint gives you more energy. These essential oils are perfect for a simple foot soak.Things You'll Need
