Pine oil is extracted from pine trees and used in many health-related applications such as vapor therapy. Bring the oil to room temperature. If the pine oil was used in a vapor therapy session, the oil will be warm; the oil must be at room temperature before discarding it.
Pour the pine oil into a heat resistant container, such as a tin can or glass jar. Use a container with an air tight lid and seal the lid.
Go to earth911.com and search for a local oil recycling facility. Type "oil" in the section labeled "Find recycling centers for" and enter your city and/or zip code into the section labeled "Near." Click "Search" to return a list of nearby facilities that will recycle used oil.
Take the pine oil to an oil recycling facility and have it properly dispose of the oil for you.
