Mild anterior lipping is a condition that occurs when the front edge of the vertebral body (the small bone that forms the spine) becomes slightly elevated. This can be caused by a variety of factors, but is most commonly associated with aging and wear-and-tear on the spine. In many cases, mild anterior lipping does not cause any symptoms and does not require treatment.
