Philippine Heart Center: Architects & Construction Details
The Philippine Heart Center was designed by National Artists for Architecture Jose Maria Zaragoza and Francisco Mañosa with structural engineers Alfredo Luz, Willy Layug and Francisco Nemenzo with the assistance of engineer Felicisimo San Luis and architect Nestor Mangio.
