Steps to Become an Eye Surgeon

1. Obtain a Bachelor's Degree

The first step to becoming an eye surgeon is to earn a bachelor's degree. There is no specific major required for medical school, but many aspiring eye surgeons choose to major in biology, chemistry, or physics.

2. Take the MCATs

The next step is to take the Medical College Admissions Test (MCATs). The MCATs are a standardized test that measures your knowledge and skills in the sciences, math, and critical thinking.

3. Apply to Medical School

Once you have a good MCAT score, you can start applying to medical school. The medical school application process is competitive, so it's important to have a strong academic record and extracurricular activities.

4. Attend Medical School
