Is it possible to cosmetically attach movable wings a person?

While there have been numerous attempts to create functional wings for human flight, including experimental jetpacks and wing suits, the idea of cosmetically attaching movable wings to a person's body is purely speculative and currently outside the realm of medical possibilities.
