What are the contraindications of a paraffin wax bath?

Absolute contraindications:

- Open wounds or skin infections

- Active bleeding

- Skin conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, or psoriasis

- Diabetes with significant neuropathy or microvascular disease

- Raynaud's disease or any other vasospastic disorder

- Heart conditions such as unstable angina or recent myocardial infarction

Relative contraindications:

- Pregnancy (due to concerns regarding increased tissue temperature)
