How to Remove a Bra: A Simple Guide
1. Unhook the back of the bra. There is usually a metal or plastic hook at the center of the back of the bra. To unhook it, use your fingers to lift up one side of the hook and slide it out of the other side.2. Pull the bra straps off your shoulders. Once you have unhooked the bra, you can simply pull the straps off your shoulders and pull the bra down your arms.
3. Remove the bra completely. Once the bra is off your arms, you can remove it completely by pulling it away from your body.
