How do I Stop Smoking With the Aid Patch Nicotine Transdermal System 21 mg?
Quitting smoking is an important decision to make. Smoking causes cancer, emphysema and it smells bad and turns white teeth to yellow. While many smokers choose to quit cold turkey, meaning they simply do not smoke at all any more, some need some additional help. The Nicotine Transdermal System, is a nicotine patch which provides 21mg of nicotine per day for six to eight weeks when it is stepped down to the next patch. With this system, nicotine is gradually weaned from the body, providing an easier way to stop smoking for good.
