Drinking non-alcoholic beer will not make a person buzzed, no matter the quantity or length of time it's consumed. While non-alcoholic beer contains trace amounts of alcohol (usually less than 0.5% ABV), this amount is too small to have any noticeable effect on a person's state of mind or body.
