It is generally never a good idea to mix pain killers. If your prescribed medications are not sufficient, it is always a good idea to consult your doctor.-

Mixing pain killers can cause ulcers, perforations or internal bleeding.
Tylenol and Ibuprofen

Tylenol (acetaminophen) should not be mixed with ibuprofen (which can be found in Vicoprofen.
Aspirin

Aspirin should never be mixed with any pain killer. Research shows that adding any type of pain killer to aspirin can double the risk of erosions or ulcers.
NSAIDs

NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatories) such as Naprosyn should not be mixed with any over-the-counter medication.
