Instructions
Unplug appliances you are not using. For example, if you are not currently using your microwave unplug it from the wall outlet. This will save money on your electric bill. Other good appliances to unplug are computers, televisions, and lamps.
Use a lunch box to take your lunch to work or school. Stop using brown paper bags. They end up in the trash, and they fill up the landfills.
Never put harmful chemicals like paint in your home drains or storm drains. This will prevent harmful chemicals from entering drinking water or making wildlife sick.
If you see litter on the sidewalk pick it up. It is easy to say that some else might pick it up. Do not wait for someone else to do it. You can do it!
