North Carolina Handicap Parking Permits: Application & Requirements
With a handicap sticker, people with mobility impairments and driver's licenses can park in designated parking spots close to the front of buildings. This service is provided in every state and a sticker from one state can be used in any other state. In North Carolina, a handicap sticker is obtained through the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and can be a temporary or permanent sticker depending on the disability.
