The word "Author" is included after the city of publication because the American Psychiatric Association is the author.
The title of the book must be in italics.
Indent the second as well as all subsequent lines by 1.25 cm.
Cite the DSM-IV in your text by using the following format; (American Psychiatric Association[DSM-IV],2000).
