Recovery International
-
Recovery International is a support group that meets on Tuesday morning where the members use the "recovery method," to deal with feelings of anxiety and panic. According to the official website of Abraham Low Self Help Systems, "The Recovery International Method is a system of cognitive-behavioral self-help techniques for controlling behavior and changing attitudes." Thus, this support group may seem to have a more structured format and strategy for confronting anxiety.
