Instructions
What you're first going to want to do is accept what's happening today. There are a lot of things that you can't control, so why worry about it. If you can't control it, let life take its course.
Make sure that you're always out and about. If you're always sitting around, you're going to find that you will think about too many things. Get out, cut the grass, go shopping, or do something that will keep your mind off things.
Set a time to worry. I'm not saying that you never have to worry, but instead, set aside 15 minutes a day to think about things. Try and make it a habit to dump it 100%. I know, it is human nature to worry about things.
Whenever you think of a negative thought, try and condition your brain with a positive one. It's going to take a long time, but it can work!
Relaxation is key when it comes to your mind and thoughts. Try and relax as much as possible. Try things such as deep breathing, or even meditation.
