According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median weekly pay for registered nurses (RNs) was $1,111 in May 2020. This means that half of RNs earned more than $1,111 per week, while half earned less than that amount.
The top 10% of RNs earned a median weekly pay of $1,503, while the bottom 10% earned a median weekly pay of $752.
The average weekly pay for RNs in some of the highest-paying industries in May 2020 was as follows:

* Nursing care facilities: $1,139
* Home health care services: $1,116
* Outpatient care centers: $1,105
* Physician offices: $1,089
