According to the Health Grades nursing home guide organization, Freedom Point received a perfect score during the state inspection in 2009. Three complaints were registered on the topics of resident rights and staffing qualifications. The degree of harm was determined to be minimal and affected a single resident. There were two incidents involving a lack of professional standards with the nursing staff.
