Elizabeth Frances Henstridge (born September 11, 1987) is an English actress. She is known for her roles as Agent Jemma Simmons in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, starting with the film Thor: The Dark World (2013) and primarily in the television series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2013–2020), as Eve in the series Cargo (2017–2019), and as Karen in the film The Imperfects (2021-).
