Indian Nurses: Green Card Update & Visa Bulletin Analysis (March 2023)

There is currently no retrogression for Indian nurses. The U.S. Department of State's Visa Bulletin for March 2023 shows that the final action date for employment-based preference categories EB-2 and EB-3 for India is current. This means that Indian nurses who have an approved Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, can file for an immigrant visa (green card) immediately.
