An email conversation with a representative gives you a written record of your contact with the company. Emails can be used as a reference for you in the future.   Click the "Contact Us" link in the upper right of the window.

  Select the "Life &Health Insurance and Annuities" link.

  Click "Start an Email Conversation with USAA."

  Log in to your USAA account using your online ID and password.

  Select the subject from the drop-down menu and fill in the requested information.

  Click "Submit" to send the email to a representative from USAA Insurance.
