How to Get Through to Customer Service at PeachCare
If you've ever called a large company's published phone number, then you're likely familiar with the concept of a "phone tree," a hierarchical directory that requires you to answer a series of prompts using a touch on your keyboard to access the person or information you desire. If you're the parent of a child receiving PeachCare health benefits in Georgia and need to speak with a customer service representative, navigating through a phone tree may cause you additional, undue stress. Getting through to a "real person," however, is quick and easy if you know which buttons to press in advance.
Instructions
Call PeachCare's toll-free number at 1-877-427-3224 and wait for the call to connect. Press "1" for English or "2" for Spanish. Please note that representatives are only available 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Indicate which type of PeachCare customer you are. Press "1" if you are an existing customer, "2" if you would like to become a customer and "3" if you are a former customer and are interested in reinstating your benefits.
Connect your call to the appropriate customer service representative for your customer status. If you are an existing customer, press "9" to speak with a customer service representative. If you would like to become a PeachCare customer, press "5." Press "2" if you are a customer who has lost or canceled your access and would like to reinstate them.
