How to Register My Anthem Self-Service Tools
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield offers insurance to residents living in 12 states. Anthem's offerings include health insurance and Medicare, dental insurance, vision insurance and life insurance. The MyAnthem website allows Anthem members to access personal health information, view information about their insurance policy and insurance claims and perform certain changes to their policy from the convenience of their home computer.Things You'll Need

Instructions
Navigate your Web browser to the MyAnthem self-service account registration website (see Resources).
Type your member ID number in the first test box, omitting any spaces or dashes. You can find your member ID number under your name in the upper-left corner of your Anthem member ID card.
Type your first name, last name and date of birth in the corresponding text boxes.
Click the blue "Terms of Use" link to view the MyAnthem self-service terms of use. Read the Terms of Use agreement. Click the Close Window button in the bottom-right corner of the screen when you're done.
Check the box next to "I understand and Accept the Terms of Use" if you agree to the terms. You must agree to the Terms of Use to register for MyAnthem self-service tools.
Type the characters that are displayed in the captcha image into the text box below the image. You can click the sound icon in the upper-right corner of the captcha if you would prefer to hear the characters spoken aloud.
Click the blue "Continue" button to continue with your registration.
Type your desired user name in the "Username" text box. Type your desired password in the "Password" text box. Type the password again in the next text box to verify your password.
Click the "Continue" button. The system will notify you if there are any changes required for your registration. Otherwise your registration is complete and you will be transported to the MyAnthem Self-Service screen, which contains your personal Anthem health services information.
