Look at your Aflac policy. You will find the account number listed at the top of the policy.
Look at the wallet card that came with your policy. The wallet card identifies you as an Aflac policy holder. It also contains your account number.
Examine your Aflac billing statement. The account number will be listed at the top of your statement.
