Kaiser Permanente Oregon: Registration Guide & Benefits

Oregon residents register for Kaiser-Permanente the same way residents in the rest of the country register. The registration process is simple and takes only a few minutes, and the benefits of being registered with Kaiser are numerous. As a registered user, you can view test results, order refills on your prescriptions and have the medications mailed to you and view your medical history, such as a list of your immunizations and recent doctor appointments.

  Go to the Kaiser-Permanente website to register (kaiserpermanente.org). Locate the sign-in area on the homepage and click "Register to Get a User ID."

  Enter your name, health record number, date of birth and your email address. From the drop-down menu, choose "Oregon/Washington" as your location.

  Click "Continue" to review your information, create a password and submit your request for registration with Kaiser-Permanente.
