The Asbestos Personal Injury Compensation Fund is part of the United Kingdom Asbestos Training Regulations 1983 and was set up to provide financial assistance to people injured by asbestos exposure who are unable to obtain compensation through other means, often via defunct companies through which they contracted the fatal disease.

Currently, the figure stands at around 190m GBP.
