  Insert the key that comes with the dispenser in the keyhole on the side of the dispenser. The dispensers are tamper resistant; it will not open without the key.

  Turn the key clockwise, and the front of the dispenser will hinge downward.

  While open, you can replace the cartridge with another Deb SBS cartridge.

  To close the dispenser, simply lift the front back into place and turn the key counter-clockwise.
